We were able to resolve that issue with our next batch, and as of January 2013 this issue has been resolved. We have not gotten to test it with a Bose SoundDock 10 specifically, but I suspect this issue has been resolved with that system as well. Regardless, you can return anything you order from us within 60-days from your original date of purchase, so you’re welcome to give it a try and return it if for some reason this issue with the Bose SoundDock 10 is different (which would be surprising news to us).

Has something changed between the November 2012 DockBoss Air and the February 2013 DockBoss Air? I had opened a support ticket regarding a SoundDock 10 in December and the response was that it was NOT compatible with the DockBoss Air.

Regardless, all our customers (including international) can return anything they order from us within 60-days from your original date of purchase, so you’re welcome to give it a try and return it if isn’t compatible for you. We are unable to provide return labels to international customers in the event a return for refund is needed, meaning you would have to pay return shipping.
